How to prepare your Ice Cacao
Melt 15g of cacao paste in 50ml of hot (not boiling) water. I like mine sweet, so l stir in a teaspoon of honey and whisk until smooth.
Then I add around 5 ice cubes (or 10, because icy is life!) and top it up with coconut milk — my go-to, feel free to use your favourite.
A sprinkle of cinnamon to finish... and that's it.
